Decided to have an Eng version because of these reasons:

1. I can use gmap & other english service to do a good mashup
2. Target User to be foreign is interesting
3. Going to put Ad on the Eng site, won't big money, but better than Chinese, small incentive.
4. Some friends proven to work, for English users
5. Few did that, right?

So, why not do that?
